These terms govern your use of healiopeptides.com and any purchase you make from Healio Peptides (“Healio”, “we”, “us”). By using the site or placing an order you agree to them. If you do not agree, do not use the site.
1. Research use only
Every product sold by Healio Peptides is supplied for laboratory research use only. Nothing we sell is a drug, a supplement, a cosmetic, or a food. Our products are not for human consumption, not for veterinary use, not for diagnostic use, and not for any therapeutic purpose.
Nothing on this site is medical advice. No product sold here has been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration for safety or effectiveness. Where we describe what a peptide has been studied for, we are referring to published research, not making a claim about what the product will do for a person.
2. Who may buy
To order you must be at least 21 years old and legally able to enter into a contract. You must be buying for yourself or for an organization qualified to handle research materials.
You agree that these products will be handled only by people trained to work with laboratory materials, and that they will be stored, used, and disposed of according to the laws that apply where you are. You are responsible for confirming that you may lawfully receive these materials at your address. We may refuse or cancel any order.
3. Product information
We work to keep product names, specifications, purity figures, and certificates of analysis accurate. Errors still happen. If a listing is wrong we may correct it, and we may cancel any order placed against an incorrect listing and refund it in full.
Product images are illustrative. Vial labeling, fill appearance, and packaging can vary between batches.
4. Prices and payment
Prices are in U.S. dollars and can change without notice. The price that applies to your order is the one shown at the time you place it. Applicable taxes are added where required.
Payment must clear before an order is fulfilled. If a payment is reversed or charged back after shipment, you remain responsible for the amount owed.
5. Orders and cancellation
An order confirmation is an acknowledgement that we received your order, not acceptance of it. We may decline an order, limit quantities, or cancel after confirmation, including where we suspect fraud, resale, or use inconsistent with these terms. If we cancel, we refund what you paid.
Once payment is accepted your order enters fulfillment and you cannot cancel or change it.
6. Shipping, title, and risk
Delivery timelines are estimates. Title and risk of loss pass to you when the carrier takes possession of the package. Our Shipping and Returns policy covers delays, lost packages, and misdelivery, and forms part of these terms.
7. Returns
All sales are final, subject only to the narrow defect and damage exception set out in our Shipping and Returns policy.
8. Acceptable use
You agree not to resell or redistribute our products for human use, represent our products as fit for human or animal consumption, submit false information at checkout, scrape or probe the site or attempt to break its security, or use the site for anything unlawful.
9. Intellectual property
The Healio Peptides name, logo, site design, photography, product copy, and other site content belong to us or to our licensors. You may not copy, republish, or use them commercially without written permission. Certificates of analysis may be downloaded and shared for verification purposes.
10. What you send us
If you send us a message, a review, or an affiliate application, you give us permission to use it to run our business, which includes publishing a review under a first name. Do not send us confidential information you would not want us to use.
11. Accounts
If you create an account you are responsible for your password and for activity that happens under your account. Tell us promptly if you think it has been compromised.
12. Third-party links
The site may link to other websites. We do not control them and we are not responsible for their content or their privacy practices.
13. Disclaimer of warranties
The site and everything sold on it are provided “as is” and “as available”. To the fullest extent the law allows, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted or error free, or that any product will produce a particular result in your research.
14. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, Healio Peptides is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost data, or damage to property or equipment, arising out of the site or any product bought through it. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the product the claim concerns.
Some states do not allow certain limitations, so parts of this section may not apply to you.
15. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Healio Peptides and its officers, employees, and suppliers against claims, damages, losses, and reasonable legal fees arising from your use of the site, your breach of these terms, or your handling, use, or disposal of any product bought from us. This includes any claim arising from human or animal consumption of a product.
16. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the United States and of the state in which Healio Peptides is organized, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be heard in the state or federal courts located in that state, and both parties consent to their jurisdiction.
17. Changes to these terms
We may revise these terms. The date at the top shows when they last changed. An order is governed by the terms that were in effect when the order was placed.
18. Severability
If any part of these terms is found unenforceable, the rest stays in effect.
